Our company operates in the dairy sector since 1960, the activity has been started by the Cepparo family when they began to season the cheese made with milk from their own cows.
Over time the amount of cheese produced with their milk was not sufficient to meet the demand of their customers and therefore Cepparo family began to buy fresh cheese for seasoning and then reselling it; in this way a wide network of business contacts with all Europe has been established. The company started with the maturing of the typical products from Friuli Venezia Giulia such as Latteria and Montasio cheese. Later on, because of the diversification in the request of the clients, they have expanded the range of products to all most popular national DOC cheese types such as: Asiago, Grana Padano , Parmiggiano Reggiano, Provolone, Gorgonzola, Pecorino.
The market demand of these past fifteen years have led the company Cepparo to complete their offer with many imported products from all foreign countries; in his work, Mr. Antonio Cepparo was supported by his sons, who have actively contributed to the development of the company.
In recent years the company has also set up an equipped room for the cutting and portioning of different types of cheese for all distribution channels and catering. Besides this, the company also started with the seasoning and trading of Hams, national and branded Hams (Parma and S. Daniele hams).
