The Cepparo family has been in the dairy business since 1960. The company was founded as Cepparo s.n.c., beginning with the purchase and aging of cheeses. In the beginning, the company marketed typical Friulian cheeses such as Montasio and Latteria, then it evolved by expanding its product range to all the most popular national PDO cheeses such as Asiago, Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Provolone and Pecorino Romano.
Over the years, the company has renewed itself by adopting increasingly advanced technologies that have enabled it to differentiate its products according to the needs of different customers; however, this innovation has not affected its ability to maintain the authenticity and quality of its cheeses. The market needs of recent years have led Cepparo S.p.A. to complete its offer with numerous imported products from all European and non-European countries (such as Gouda, Cheddar, Edamer, Fontal...).
The company's headquarters are located in Flaibano, in a strategic location in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia; the opening of a second location in Coseano has enabled the company to further expand its storage capacity.
